Dr. Michael Lowney

Dr. Michael Lowney’s mission is to work with people to achieve their unique health goals using a holistic osteopathic approach. He uses all modalities of healing, particularly osteopathic manipulation, counseling, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise and medication.

Dr. Lowney is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine. He is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency at The University of Massachusetts. He is affiliated with the New England Baptist Hospital and with the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. Dr. Lowney sees patients as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) and for osteopathic treatments. Dr. Lowney accepts all major health insurances, including Mass Health, Neighborhood Health Plan and Network Health.

Dr. Lowney currently resides in Westwood, MA. He enjoys keeping active by playing sports and spending time with his family: his beautiful wife Ammy, and his sons Mattheu, Manny and Michael.
